Intent to retire. A Bargaining Unit Member shall provide a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days to the USNH Benefits office in order to indicate an intent to retire from the University. The Bargaining Unit Member will receive counseling regarding various benefit programs associated with applicable retirement programs sponsored by the University to insure a smooth transition from active employment to retirement status during the one hundred and twenty (120) days.

Intent to retire. 1. MAA members shall provide the district with sixty (60) calendar days advance notice of their intention to resign their position within the school district or retire.
