Benefit Programs definition

Benefit Programs or “Program(s)” means the plan of benefits described in the Program brochures, as amended from time to time.
Benefit Programs means all contracts, agreements, arrangements, policies, programs and plans for employee compensation, including bonuses, incentive, retention, reimbursement, health care benefits, disability benefits, deferred compensation benefits, travel benefits, vacation and sick leave benefits, employment agreements, savings, severance benefits, retirement benefits, welfare benefits, relocation programs, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
Benefit Programs. The proposed changes to the benefits programs involving premium sharing by employees, which will be applicable to all employees of the Company, are subject to union approval. Shift Premiums: All shift premiums previously agreed are hereby repealed. Certification Pay Premiums: Reduce from per month to per month.

Examples of Benefit Programs in a sentence

  • Upon request by the Union, the Employer shall provide to the Union full specification of the Benefit Programs contracted for and in effect for employees covered herein.

  • In the event this Benefit Program is a Secondary Program as to one or more other Benefit Programs, the benefits of this Benefit Program may be reduced.

  • If the specific terms of a court decree state that the parents shall share joint custody, without stating that one of the parents is responsible for the health care expenses of the child, the Benefit Programs covering the child shall fol­ low the order of benefit determination rules outlined in 2 above.

  • True and complete copies of each of the Plans, Benefit Programs or Agreements, related trusts, if applicable, and all amendments thereto, have been furnished to Group 1.

  • The termination of Provider’s participation in any Medicare Benefit Program pursuant to this Section shall not be effective as to, and shall have no force or effect upon, the rights, duties and obligations of the parties under the Agreement relating to any other Benefit Programs to which the Agreement applies.


More Definitions of Benefit Programs

Benefit Programs means the employee benefit plans and programs for the Acquired Employees as in effect from time to time.
Benefit Programs. I waive future coverage and benefits under all Navient disability programs, but this Agreement and Release does not affect my eligibility for other Navient medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and other benefit plans. Whether I sign this Agreement and Release or not, I understand that my rights and continued participation in those plans will be governed by their terms, and that I generally will become ineligible for them shortly after my termination, after which I may be able to purchase continued coverage under certain of such plans. I understand that, except for the benefits that may be due under the deferred compensation, equity or 401(k) savings plans to which I may be entitled under Navient’s standard employee benefit plans for similarly situated employees and executives, I will not receive any other wage, paid time off, or other similar payments from Navient or any of the entities discussed in Section (2). Subject to any earlier payment provisions set forth above, and except for the benefits and payments described in 1(b) (Medical/Dental/Vision continuation) and 1(c) (Benefit Programs), all payments or reimbursements described in this Section (1) shall be paid to me no earlier than the eighth calendar day after my signature on this Agreement and Release, and not later than the sixtieth calendar day after my Termination Date.
Benefit Programs means all welfare benefit programs and plans maintained by LANS for its employees, former employees, and/or their family members.

Benefit Programs means programs such as group health, dental, life and disability, 401k and similar programs (but excluding bonus plans).
