INSTRUCTIONAL STIPENDS. 1. Career and Technical Education(CTE) Career and Technical Education teachers – CTE teachers holding a state issued CTE license shall receive 0.226% of the Base Salary for each CTE approved course that is included in a state approved CTE program. The stipend is to be paid in two (2) equal amounts with the December and June paychecks. Teachers receiving their CTE endorsement during the second semester and who have shown proof of CTE endorsement to their CTE supervisor prior to the end of business on the last Thursday in April shall receive the total stipend to be paid in a single amount in the June paycheck.

INSTRUCTIONAL STIPENDS. A. The process for requesting stipending of academic committees shall be for faculty to submit a proposal at the time of budget preparation. This proposal shall include identification of the proposed committee, rationale for the stipends, the requested number and amount of the proposed stipends, a description of the duties and activities of the committee including a general schedule of when these activities and duties would performed (i.e., summer, vacations, after the normal workday). Appointment to committees will be by the Superintendent from volunteers. Awarding of stipends will be at the discretion of the board following a recommendation from the Superintendent. Lack of approval of stipends shall not remove or diminish the professional duties of faculty as provided for within this agreement.
INSTRUCTIONAL STIPENDS. These stipends are not included in the teacher’s base salary.

  • Instructional Framework The District and the Association have agreed to the adopted research-based instructional framework developed by Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and approved by OSPI. The Association and District have also agreed to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx’x frameworks for specialists for use with other certificated educators.

  • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession.

  • INSTRUCTIONAL MINUTES When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, the total number of instructional minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be at least equivalent to the number of instructional minutes per school day provided to students at like grade level attending LEA schools and shall be specified in the student’s ISA developed in accordance with the student’s IEP. For students in grades kindergarten through 12 inclusive, unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP and ISA, the number of instructional minutes, excluding breakfast, recess, lunch and passing time shall be at the same level that Ed. Code prescribes for the LEA. The total number of annual instructional minutes shall be at least equivalent to the total number of annual instructional minutes provided to students attending LEA schools in like grade level unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP. When CONTRACTOR is a NPA and/or related services provider, the total number of minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be specified in the student’s ISA developed in accordance with the student’s IEP.

  • Instructional Time 26.1 Each full-time elementary teacher's regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 23 hours 45 minutes of instructional time inclusive of preparation time as provided for in Article D.4 except for teachers who enrol only Kindergarten whose regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 24 hours of instruction time inclusive of preparation time.

  • Instruction 4.1 The Data Processor may only act and process the Personal Data in accordance with the documented instruction from the Data Controller (the "Instruction"), unless required by law to act without such instruction. The Instruction at the time of entering into this Data Processor Agreement (DPA) is that the Data Processor may only process the Personal Data with the purpose of delivering the Membership Services. Subject to the terms of this DPA and with mutual agreement of the parties, the Data Controller may issue additional written instructions consistent with the terms of this Agreement.   • Directing Requests Requests in writing for negotiation meetings from the Association will be made directly to the Superintendent or his/her designee. Requests from the Board will be made in writing to the President of the Association. Requests for negotiations shall be submitted between 60 and 90 days prior to the expiration of the contract term.

  • Special Instructions As used herein, the term "Special Instructions" shall mean Proper Instructions countersigned or confirmed in writing by the Treasurer or any Deputy or Assistant Treasurer of the applicable Fund or any other person designated by the Treasurer of such Fund in writing, which countersignature or confirmation shall be (i) included on the same instrument containing the Proper Instructions or on a separate instrument relating thereto, and (ii) delivered by hand, by facsimile transmission, or in such other manner as the applicable Fund and the Custodian agree in writing.
