MacroFab shall promptly notify Customer of any known discrepancy on inbound shipments, and shall place an appropriate notation on the delivering carrier’s shipping documents. MacroFab shall have no duty to accept and shall not accept any Goods tendered that, because of infestation or contamination, might cause infestation or contamination to the Warehouse or other goods stored therein. Unless MacroFab is otherwise instructed in writing by Customer, MacroFab shall not accept Goods known to be damaged.
Inspection upon receipt. The parties shall work together on the inspection upon Party A’s receipt of the product. Party A shall issue a proof of receipt when the inspection is complete. Any disagreement as to the inspection result shall be resolved based on the result of a quality inspection to be undertaken by the local grain food inspection organization of competent qualification. The responsible party shall be liable for the expense of such inspection.

If Purchaser has approved the Products prior to delivery pursuant to (a) above, then the Products delivered shall not be defective or nonconforming if they conform to the Products so inspected or to the specifications set forth in this Quote, Sales Order, Or Confirmation. Purchaser shall have no right to revoke acceptance of the Products.

Protiva shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any Manufactured Product during transport provided Protiva has packaged all Manufactured Product in accordance with agreed packing SOPs.

Client agrees to inspect the rented equipment upon receipt thereof, and agrees to notify Mountain Baby Outfitters LLC immediately if any of the rented equipment is not in good condition or is otherwise unacceptable. • Client is responsible for notifying Mountain Baby Outfitters LLC of any issues or problems with the rented equipment during the rental period. • If Client deems any of the rented equipment unsafe or unsatisfactory, they must notify Mountain Baby Outfitters LLC immediately and cease use of the rented equipment.
