Delivering Carrier definition

Delivering Carrier means the carrier that physically transported the freight. If the freight is damaged or lost while in the custody or care of the Delivering Carrier the DRAYMAN is liable for the amount of the claim filed by the BROKER.
Delivering Carrier means the carrier that physically transported the freight. Upon BROKER’s payment to Delivering Carrier, CARRIER shall not be released from any liability to BROKER. In addition to the indemnity obligations in Section A.11, CARRIER shall be liable for: (a) any additional cost arising out of its failure to directly perform the services or that are otherwise incurred by the Delivering Carrier; and (b) consequential damages for violation of this provision and waives the right to pursue legal action in the collection of payment from BROKER, shipper or consignee.
Delivering Carrier means the carrier delivering the baggage at the interline connecting point.

  • NOTE: In the event you miss a flight on a Connecting Carrier on which space is reserved because the Delivering Carrier did not operate its flight as scheduled due to Irregular Operations or cancellation of its flight, the Delivering Carrier is responsible to arrange for your carriage or to make a refund.

  • Misconnection as a result of a Schedule Irregularity – A delay in a scheduled departure or arrival of a flight due to a mechanical issue with the Contour aircraft and occurs at a Connecting Point when a Passenger holding confirmed space on an Original Receiving Carrier is unable to use such confirmed space because the Delivering Carrier (Contour) was unable to deliver Passenger to the Connecting Point in time to connect with the Original Receiving Carrier’s flight.

  • If Buyer and Seller agree that Seller shall specify the Delivering Carrier for goods manufactured at any of Seller's domestic manufacturing facilities, the Fine Papers purchased, sold and so delivered shall be delivered F.O.B. Buyer's Plant, freight collect.

  • If CARRIER breaches this provision, BROKER shall have the right of paying the monies it owes CARRIER directly to the Delivering Carrier, in lieu of payment to CARRIER.
