INITIAL SPARE PARTS. GEII shall provide the Initial Spare Parts as detailed in Exhibit 3. The Initial Spare Parts will be shipped within thirty (30) days of the Commencement Date and will become part of the Mandatory Spare Parts inventory upon transfer of title to MCV.
INITIAL SPARE PARTS. 9.1.1 Prior to the date to be calculated in accordance with Section 8.3 Sypps shall supply to SOMISY the Spare Parts detailed in the Spare Parts Inventory as set out in Part 3 of Exhibit 4, or such other Spare Parts as Sypps may in its absolute discretion require. Unless the Parties shall otherwise agree Sypps shall supply all Spare Parts ex works (in which case, the provisions of Section 4.1 shall apply mutatis mutandis).

  • Spare Parts 14.1 As specified, the supplier may be required to provide any or all of the following materials, notifications, and information pertaining to spare parts manufactured or distributed by the supplier:

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Technical Specifications 1. A procuring entity shall not prepare, adopt or apply any technical specification or prescribe any conformity assessment procedure with the purpose or effect of creating an unnecessary obstacle to trade between the Parties.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Aircraft This peril includes self-propelled missiles and spacecraft.

  • Prior Locations (a) Set forth in Schedule 3(a) is the information required by Schedule 2(a), Schedule 2(b) or Schedule 2(c) with respect to each location or place of business previously maintained by each Company at any time during the past four months.

  • Designated Equipment; Designated Locations The System and the Data Access Services shall be used and accessed solely on and through the Designated Configuration at the offices of the Fund or the Fund Accountants in Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx (“Designated Locations”).
