Performance Start Date definition

Performance Start Date means the later of the Performance Start Date or the Execution Date shown on the Summary of Grant Award Terms and Conditions page of this Grant Award Letter.
Performance Start Date means the date set forth in a written notice provided by the District to the Company upon which the District’s performance obligations with respect to the Water Availability Guarantee, the Water Delivery Guarantee, and the Water Treatment Guarantee shall commence, such date not to be more than six months following the Delivery Start Date.
Performance Start Date means, for a Covered Unit, the date on which Substantial Completion is achieved for such Unit.

Examples of Performance Start Date in a sentence

  • The Performance Start Date shall be no later than January 1, 2020.

  • This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and shall remain in effect until the date that is thirty (30) years after the Performance Start Date (the “Expiration Date”), unless earlier terminated as provided in this Agreement.

  • The Company shall not incur any costs or be responsible for any payments under this Agreement prior to the Performance Start Date.

  • All AWT Water delivered by the District to the Delivery Point between the Delivery Start Date and the Performance Start Date shall be deemed Operating Reserve Water and allocated to the Operating Reserve.

  • The Performance Start Date shall not occur until the Operating Reserve Minimum has been allocated to the Operating Reserve.

  • Beginning on the Performance Start Date and throughout the term of this Agreement, the District must deliver enough AWT Water to the Delivery Point so that the Company may draw AWT Water (including Company Water, Operating Reserve Water, and Drought Reserve Water released by the District to the Company) from the Seaside Basin every Fiscal Year in an amount at least equal to the Company Allotment (also, the “Water Availability Guarantee”).

  • Beginning on the Performance Start Date and in every Fiscal Year throughout the term of this Agreement, the Agency shall deliver AWT Water to the District in quantities at least equal to the Minimum Allotment (the “Water Delivery Guarantee”).


More Definitions of Performance Start Date

Performance Start Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.02 hereof. “PFS Projects” means the MST Project and the Denver Project.
Performance Start Date means the later of the Performance Start Date or the Execution Date shown on the Summary of Terms and Conditions page of this Intergovernmental Grant Agreement.
Performance Start Date means the date on which Company Webcast BV begins to provide the Service(s) selected by the Client in the Order Form.
Performance Start Date means the date upon which Contractor's obligation to perform Planned Maintenance and Collateral Damage Repair for the Covered Unit and Generator Unit commences. The Performance Start Date for each Covered Unit under this Contract shall be upon Contractor receiving from PREPA a duly approved and countersigned copy of this Contract.

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target.

  • Performance Date means December 31, 2025. If the Locality, in consultation with VEDP, deems that good faith and reasonable efforts have been made and are being made by the Company to achieve the Targets, on or before the Performance Date the Locality may request an extension of the Performance Date by up to 15 months. Any extension of the Performance Date shall require the prior approval of the Company and the Board of Directors of VEDP (the “Board”). If the Performance Date is extended, the Locality shall send written notice of the extension to the Authority, the Company and VEDP and the date to which the Performance Date has been extended shall be the “Performance Date” for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Performance Review means a summative evaluation of a teacher other than a beginning teacher and used to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations and the Iowa teaching standards, and to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations for career advancement in accordance with Iowa Code section 284.7.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Performance Standards or “PS” shall mean the cleanup levels and other measures of achievement of the remedial action objectives, as set forth in the ROD.

  • Control Performance Standard or “CPS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the limits of a Balancing Authority’s Area Control Error over a specified time period.

  • Performance Corridor means the acceptable range of results around a Performance Target.

  • Grant Year has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA; ‘HESA’ means the Higher Education Support Xxx 0000; ‘maximum basic grant amount’ or ‘MBGA’ has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA.

  • Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance-Based Award.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Performance Cycle means one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Administrator may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Criteria will be measured for the purpose of determining a grantee’s right to and the payment of a Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Award or Cash-Based Award, the vesting and/or payment of which is subject to the attainment of one or more Performance Goals. Each such period shall not be less than 12 months.

  • Performance Contract means the annual agreement negotiated and entered into by a community

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Performance Condition means any performance condition imposed under rule 3;

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume. “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted.

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:

  • Annual performance report means a written appraisal of the teaching staff member's performance prepared by the teaching staff member’s designated supervisor based on the evaluation rubric for his or her position.

  • Award Period means the period beginning on an Award Date and ending on the expiration date of such Award.

  • Performance Report has the meaning set out in clause 8.2;

  • Performance Conditions means specific levels of performance of the Company (and/or one or more members of the Company Group, divisions or operational and/or business units, product lines, brands, business segments, administrative departments, or any combination of the foregoing), which may be determined in accordance with GAAP or on a non-GAAP basis, including, without limitation, the following measures: (i) net earnings, net income (before or after taxes), or consolidated net income; (ii) basic or diluted earnings per share (before or after taxes); (iii) net revenue or net revenue growth; (iv) gross revenue or gross revenue growth, gross profit or gross profit growth; (v) net operating profit (before or after taxes); (vi) return measures (including, but not limited to, return on investment, assets, capital, employed capital, invested capital, equity, or sales); (vii) cash flow measures (including, but not limited to, operating cash flow, free cash flow, or cash flow return on capital), which may be but are not required to be measured on a per share basis; (viii) actual or adjusted earnings before or after interest, taxes, depreciation, and/or amortization (including EBIT and EBITDA); (ix) gross or net operating margins; (x) productivity ratios; (xi) share price (including, but not limited to, growth measures and total stockholder return); (xii) expense targets or cost reduction goals, general and administrative expense savings; (xiii) operating efficiency; (xiv) objective measures of customer/client satisfaction; (xv) working capital targets; (xvi) measures of economic value added or other ‘value creation’ metrics; (xvii) enterprise value; (xviii) sales; (xix) stockholder return; (xx) customer/client retention; (xxi) competitive market metrics; (xxii) employee retention; (xxiii) objective measures of personal targets, goals, or completion of projects (including, but not limited to, succession and hiring projects, completion of specific acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, or other corporate transactions or capital-raising transactions, expansions of specific business operations, and meeting divisional or project budgets); (xxiv) comparisons of continuing operations to other operations; (xxv) market share; (xxvi) cost of capital, debt leverage, year-end cash position or book value; (xxvii) strategic objectives; (xxviii) gross or net authorizations; (xxix) backlog; or (xxx) any combination of the foregoing. Any one or more of the aforementioned performance criteria may be stated as a percentage of another performance criteria, or used on an absolute or relative basis to measure the performance of one or more members of the Company Group as a whole or any divisions or operational and/or business units, product lines, brands, business segments, or administrative departments of the Company and/or one or more members of the Company Group or any combination thereof, as the Committee may deem appropriate, or any of the above performance criteria may be compared to the performance of a selected group of comparison companies, or a published or special index that the Committee, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, or as compared to various stock market indices.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Performance audit means an objective and systematic assessment of a state agency or agencies or any of their programs, functions, or activities by the state auditor or designee in order to help improve agency efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. Performance audits include economy and efficiency audits and program audits.
