Initial Franchise Fees. You will pay an Initial Franchise Fee (“IFF”) for each Restaurant, in the amounts and at the times stated in Exhibit B. At our option, you will make all payments to us by electronic fund transfer (“EFT”), and provide authorization and bank account data necessary to set up EFT. These amounts are non-refundable and must be paid in full, without reduction or offset. If you develop more Restaurants than are required under the Development Schedule during the term of this Agreement, then the IFF for each additional Restaurant will be fifty percent (50%) of the IFF per Restaurant stated in Exhibit B for each Restaurant and all other fees will be the same as stated in Exhibit B. You must pay your initial IFF Deposit set forth in Exhibit B with unencumbered cash and it cannot be borrowed.

Initial Franchise Fees. DEVELOPER shall pay to FRANCHISOR an Initial Franchise Fee of One Thousand ($ 1,000.00) Dollars, for each of the FRANCHISED STORES granted pursuant to this Agreement, payable upon execution of each Addendum to Franchise Agreement, as set forth in Section 4.2 hereof.
Initial Franchise Fees. Franchisee shall pay to Company an initial franchise fee (the “Initial Fee”) equal to $30,000 (or $7,500 if the Franchisee's “Xxxxxxxx Coffee” Coffeehouse is a kiosk or cart). The Initial Fee shall be payable in good funds upon signing this Agreement, and shall be deemed fully earned by Company upon the execution of this Agreement by Company and Franchisee and shall be non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstances. If Franchisee is party to an Area Development Agreement with Company, then Franchisee will receive a credit against the Initial Fee in accordance with that Area Development Agreement.
Initial Franchise Fees. For each Restaurant, Master Franchisee will pay Franchisor an initial franchise fee (“Initial Franchise Fee”) equal to US $20,000.00. Initial Franchise Fees will be due and payable within ten (10) days following the complete execution of the Franchise Agreement, irrespective of if or when the Franchisee actually pays amounts it owes under the Franchise Agreement.
Initial Franchise Fees a. Upon execution of the Agreement, Affiliate shall pay to USWEB a nonrecurring Initial Franchise Fee in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000).
Initial Franchise Fees. Franchisee shall pay to the Franchisor an initial franchise fee ("Initial Franchise Fee") in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), which is due and payable at the time Franchisee submits this Agreement to Franchisor for execution by Franchisor. The parties agree that the Initial Franchise Fee is fully earned by Franchisor upon receipt of payment by Franchisee and Franchisee shall not be entitled to a refund of the Initial Franchise Fee for any reason.
Initial Franchise Fees. Starting with the ninth new Franchise sold in your Territory, we will pay you an amount equal to 50% of the Initial Franchise Fee (or similar fee) paid to us for EVOS® Restaurants located in the Territory, for which you are responsible and the procuring cause for the sale and for which you provide training. To the extent we refund any or all of the Initial Franchise Fee paid to us, you must reimburse us the compensation we paid to you pertaining to it. For the first 8 Franchises sold in the Territory, we will retain the full initial franchise fees and use the portion we otherwise would have paid you to provide the EVOS® corporate opening team as described in Section 15(a) below.

The Initial Fee shall be payable in good funds 50% upon signing this Agreement, and 50% at or prior to opening the Coffeehouse to the public, and shall be deemed fully earned by Franchisor upon the execution of this Agreement by Franchisor and Operator and shall be non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.
Initial Franchise Fees. Concurrently with the execution of the First Store Agreement, the Franchisor acknowledges that the Franchisee has paid *, representing payment in full of the initial franchise fee for the first Store to be developed hereunder. For each subsequent Store developed under this Agreement, an initial franchise fee of * will be due and payable by the Franchisee on the date the Franchisee signs a Franchise Agreement for a Store in the Development Area.
