Fully Earned. The Investor's Shares shall be deemed fully earned as of the date hereof.
Fully Earned. The Compensation Debenture shall be deemed fully earned as of the date hereof.
Fully Earned. The Commitment Fee Shares shall be deemed fully earned as of the date hereof.
Fully Earned. The Investor’s Shares shall be deemed fully earned as of the date August 8, 2005.
