Independent Assurance. ‌ IFA will provide, periodically, independent assurance to evaluate Developer’s qualified sampling and testing personnel and testing equipment. The independent assurance program will evaluate the sampling and testing procedures, and testing equipment used by Developer’s construction quality control staff, IFA’s quality staff, and the independent referee laboratory.

Independent Assurance. The Local Government will provide TxDOT a list of the elements of the Local Government’s Independent Assurance Program, including all equipment and personnel requiring evaluation and verification. The types of products and the extent of the sampling and testing procedures will be agreed upon prior to commencement of any evaluation or verification by TxDOT. The level of evaluation, verification and documentation furnished for the Local Government will be as required for similar TxDOT projects. The Local Government will compensate TxDOT for all direct costs of salaries and related expenses incurred by TxDOT in providing independent assurance services. WORK REQUESTS
Independent Assurance. The Independent Engineer shall perform Department’s Independent Assurance activities including but not limited to: During the construction period the Independent Engineer will be required to perform inspection activities to independently evaluate all sampling, equipment and testing procedures used in the Design-Build Contractor’s Quality Management System Plan. The intent of this role is to satisfy the Independent Assurance requirements as identified in Department’s “Minimum Quality Control & Quality Assurance Requirements for Design-Build & Public-Private Transportation Act Projects” dated August 2007 (the “Design-Build QC/QA Manual”) on behalf of the Department.   • Independent Audit The Grantee shall submit, in a format specified by the department, the independent financial compliance audit prepared by an independent Certified Public Accountant for the previous fiscal year. The audit shall follow the General Grant Requirements of Sections VIII (F) and (G) and be submitted no later than March 1 of the current fiscal year.

  • Independent Evaluation Buyer is an experienced and knowledgeable investor in the oil and gas business.
