Work Requests. 19.4.1. All requests for maintenance and repair work will be received by the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services or his/her designee. He/she will deliver them directly to the persons responsible in the Teaching/Learning Center and at the High Point School.

Work Requests. When Client desires Services to be performed by Universal, Client shall give Universal a request for such Services. The request shall be in the form of a written work request, purchase order, or other written document (each, along with any appropriately issued Change Order, a “Work Request”).
