Independent Parties definition

Independent Parties means, collectively, the Transferor, Xxxxx, the Servicer or any of their respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates (other than the Transferor).

Independent Parties has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Independent Manager”.

Independent Parties means parties which are not affiliated parties and are regarded as independent parties under transfer pricing rules, principles and guidelines of Greenland tax law and of international tax law agreements, rules, principles and guidelines applicable in Greenland from time to time.

More Definitions of Independent Parties

Independent Parties means the Servicer, Seller or any of their respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates (other than the Borrower or another special purpose entity).
