INCLEMENT WEATHER REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 3.1 Two (2) hours pay together with traveling expenses, whenever applicable, shall be allowed by the Employer when an employee covered by this Agreement reports for work at the Employer’s shop or job but work is not available due to inclement weather provided the employee remains on the job for two (2) hours after his designated starting time. However, no reporting pay shall be allowed where an employee has been informed not to report for work and such information has been given to him before quitting time on the previous day. If an employee is directed to work and commences to work, Article 19.1 of the Master Portion of this Agreement shall apply.

INCLEMENT WEATHER REPORTING ALLOWANCE. ‌ D5.1 When employees in non-Staff status positions are required to report for work and do report, they shall be paid for all time at work, with a guaranteed minimum of 4 hours pay at their basic rate in the classification for which they are called if work is cancelled due to inclement weather.

  • REPORTING ALLOWANCE 21.1 In the event that an employee reports for work on his regular shift without having been previously notified not to report, the employee will be given at least four (4) hours work or five (5) hours for a ten (10) hour shift, or, if no work is available, he will be paid the equivalent of four (4) hours or five (5) hours for a ten (10) hour shift at his appropriate rate of pay except in the case of labour disputes or other conditions beyond the control of the Company.

  • Minimum Reporting Allowance If an employee reports for work at the regularly scheduled time for his or her shift and no work is available, such employee will be entitled to a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the employee's regular rate provided that:

  • Specialist Schools Allowance Funding equivalent to that which a maintained school with the Academy's characteristics would receive in respect of their participation in the specialist schools programme. In the year of conversion, this may continue to be paid by the Local Authority;

  • Safety Shoe Allowance For each unit member required by the City to wear safety shoes, the City shall provide a voucher from the City-designated department for up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) annually toward the cost of acquiring one pair of safety shoes through the City vendor.

  • Safety Footwear Allowance Effective 1/1/07, the Contra Costa Community College District will provide an initial two pairs of safety/protective work boots or shoes for employees in the following classifications: Building Maintenance Worker, Equipment Maintenance Worker, Senior Equipment Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Mechanic, Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Assistant, Ground Worker / Gardener I, II, Senior or Lead, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, and all other mutually agreed upon classifications required to wear safety; protective shoes per OSHA/ASTM standards.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of 2400 - 0600 hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of forty cents (40 cents) per kilometre (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare. Where the Hospital requires the employee to travel between sites, the Hospital will pay for transportation costs of forty (40) cents per kilometre unless the Hospital provides transportation between sites.
