Inclement Weather Procedures. The Superintendent or his designate shall have the responsibility to close RESA programs and facilities due to weather. When the RESA is closed, all programs and facilities will be closed including Blossomland Learning Center, Lighthouse Education Center, Administrative Center and Juvenile Center. Staff are not to report, and will be required to make up days missed beyond six (6) (See Section 6 A).

Inclement Weather Procedures. Inclement Weather Procedures In the event that the District is forced to close District facilities due to inclement weather and/or facility conditions that create an unsafe environment for staff and/or students (for example, power outages, water/sewer issues, HVAC problems, etc.), the District and the MIEA agree to the following procedures:
Inclement Weather Procedures. ‌ The employer should meet with the employees within 30 minutes of a request to meet and decide if the weather is inclement. If the employer does not meet with the employees within 30 minutes, the employees are entitled to cease work for the rest of the day. If employees leave the job before the 30 minutes is up or before the meeting with the employer, they are absent without permission and will have an hours pay deducted. No employee shall work in inclement weather where it is unsafe to do so. Where an employee is asked by the employer to wait at the work site with a view that the weather may improve, that time waiting will be paid. Where an employee has left the work site due to inclement weather no further payment will be made to that employee.

When the tasks have been completed the awarded vendor shall notify the client and have the TIPS Member or a designated representative of the TIPS Member inspect the work for acceptance under the scope and terms in the Purchase Order and/or Agreement or Contract. The TIPS Member will issue in writing any corrective actions that are required. Upon completion of these items, the TIPS Member will issue a completion notice and final payment will be issued per the contractual requirements of the project with the TIPS Member. Any Construction contract prepared by the TIPS Member’s Legal Counsel may alter the terms of this subsection, “Scheduling of Projects”.

Resident’s failure to follow the prescribed move-out procedures may result in the partial or full application of the Deposit to cover these charges, but in no event shall such application be construed as liquidated damages. If no Deposit exists, Resident will be charged for all damages, cleaning, repairs, re-keying, and replacement costs, which will be due within 30 days of such billing. In the event Resident moves out prior to the end of the Lease Term, Resident shall be responsible for either the Reletting Fee or the Assignment Fee, in addition to continuing liability for Rent through the end of the Lease Term until a suitable replacement resident is identified.
