Common use of Inclement Weather Days Clause in Contracts

Inclement Weather Days. When the Superintendent calls an Inclement Weather Day, employees will be paid for four (4) days if the school days are not required to be made up at the end of the year. If you are scheduled to work for the day you will get paid for the full day. In the event an employee is on paid leave, sick leave or bereavement leave during part or all of the school closure days as defined in this section, then the pay for the pay for the school closure time and that time on leave will not be charged against the employee's paid leave time.
