Incentive sharing by the Developer. The Lead ULB would be entitled to receive financial incentives from the Concessionaire if the amount of MSW delivered to the Project site, cumulative from all the Participating ULBs in the Cluster enables the WtE Plant to generate power in excess of 75% PLF. The Concessionaire shall share incentive with the Lead ULB equivalent to 20% of the operational tariff applied on every unit generated in excess of 75% PLF. It is the responsibility of the Lead ULB to share the incentive with all the Participating ULBs in the Cluster in proportion to the MSW supplied. Illustration • Power generation in a month corresponding to 75% PLF = 1,00,000 Units (1 unit = 1 kWh) • Developer generates 1,20,000 Units in a month • Units generated in excess of 75% PLF = 20,000 Units • Applicable tariff for that operational year = Rs. 7.00/Unit • APDISCOMs pay Developer Rs. 8.40 Lakh (1,20,000 Units * Rs. 7/Unit) • Developer shares benefit of Rs. 28,000 (20,000 Units * Rs. 7/Unit * 20%) with the Lead ULB

  • Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools The Employer will replace all employee tools lost or stolen while stored in a room, building, premises, job, workshop, Employer vehicle or in a lock, up to a value as specified in Appendix A.
