Import/Export Services. TACNA shall prepare all necessary documentation based on Client provided supporting documentation and coordinate the shipment of the Client’s equipment, raw material and finished goods to and from the assigned Client facility in the Republic of Mexico. The temporarily imported equipment, raw materials and finished goods shall remain property of the Client, even though such equipment is imported to Mexico. Any brokerage fees, custom duties, fines, and/or merchandise processing fees shall be charged to the Client on a cost pass through basis.
Import/Export Services. As a part of the Management Services, MIMI shall provide the United States and Mexican import/export services set forth in Schedule "B" hereto.
Import/Export Services. 3.1 CUSTOMS BROKER(S). MIMI shall assist the Company, at its request, in identifying and engaging Customs broker(s) for the purposes set out in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Export Control This Agreement is made subject to any restrictions concerning the export of products or technical information from the United States or other countries that may be imposed on the Parties from time to time. Each Party agrees that it will not export, directly or indirectly, any technical information acquired from the other Party under this Agreement or any products using such technical information to a location or in a manner that at the time of export requires an export license or other governmental approval, without first obtaining the written consent to do so from the appropriate agency or other governmental entity in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.

  • Export I agree not to export, reexport, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any U.S. technical data acquired from Company or any products utilizing such data, in violation of the United States export laws or regulations.

  • Products and Services Part 2.9(a) of the Disclosure Schedule accurately identifies and describes each Company Product currently being designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, licensed, or sold by the Company.

  • Exports The parties acknowledge that the export of technical data, materials or products is subject to the exporting party receiving any necessary export licenses and that the parties cannot be responsible for any delays attributable to export controls which are beyond the reasonable control of either party. Lexicon and BMS agree not to export or re-export, directly or indirectly, any information, technical data, the direct product of such data, samples or equipment received or generated under this Agreement in violation of any applicable export control Laws. Lexicon and BMS agree to obtain similar covenants from their Sublicensees and contractors with respect to the subject matter of this Section 12.11.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
