Export services means the following services when provided in order to facilitate the export of goods or services through Washington ports: International market research, promotion, consulting, marketing, legal assistance, trade doc- umentation, communication and processing of foreign orders to and for exporters and foreign purchasers, financing, and contracting or arranging for transportation, insurance, ware- housing, foreign exchange, and freight forwarding.
Export services means services rendered wholly or exclusively for the purpose of seeking and exploiting opportunities for the export of goods from Zimbabwe, sustaining or increasing the demand for such exports and, without derogation from the generality of the foregoing, includes any of the following services-

Export services means with respect to a Loan Facility, services that are directly related to the logistics involved in the export of Goods from the United States. These services could include transportation, the arrangement of ocean freight, cargo insurance, crating and packing, port drayage, terminal fees, forwarder fees, customs broker fees, and similar services as identified in Section 4.A. of the Loan Authorization Agreement.
Export services means all services where payment is received during the relevant period and the conditions laid down in the Export of Services Rules, 2005 is fulfilled. Further, in respect of transactions where money is received in advance, it is essential that the provision of services are completed within the relevant period.
