HOURS OF WORK AND WORKING CONDITIONS. 16.01 Normal tour shall be composed of 7.5 consecutive hours, exclusive of mealtime, with the exception of the 2300 – 0700 tour, which shall have a paid meal break. Normal workweek shall be composed of five (5) tours, that is 37.5 hours per week, with the exception of the 2300 – 0700 position that is forty (40) hours per week.
