Unit Composition. Whenever new titles are proposed, the Judiciary shall notify the Union in writing regarding proposed unit designation, job duties, classified or unclassified status and hours of work, simultaneous with their request to the NJ Civil Service Commission to establish such titles. If the parties do not agree concerning inclusion of the title in an appropriate unit, the dispute may be submitted to PERC for determination. If an existing title is proposed to be eliminated or changed, the Judiciary shall also notify the Union in writing simultaneous with their request to the NJ Civil Service Commission to eliminate or change an existing title. Unit Composition. The City recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for all non-uniformed, non-exempt employees of the City of Bellingham in the following positions: • Regular Full-Time and Part-Time Employees; • Limited Term Employees; • Employees in Eight to Nine Month Seasonal Positions; and • Employees in Six Month Seasonal Positions and Regular Non-Benefited Positions who have completed 1040 hours working an average of at least 12 hours per week, on an annual basis, during the 12 months preceding attainment of the 1040 hour threshold. Unit Composition. Since November 17, 1978, the NRC has recognized the Union as the exclusive representative of the employees in the bargaining unit in the NRC Headquarters offices in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Unit Composition. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative, Department of Labor and Industries Certification Case No. 0-1779, for all regular full-time librarians, regular part-time librarians and limited term librarians hereinafter referred to as “librarians.” Excluded: Library Director, Assistant Library Director, student interns, temporary and adjunct employees. However, Adjunct Librarians who have completed 520 hours working an average of at least 7 hours per week, on an annual basis, during the 12 months preceding attainment of the 520 hour threshold will become bargaining unit members.
