Hourly Rate Pricing Clause Samples

The Hourly Rate Pricing clause establishes that services will be billed based on the amount of time spent, at a predetermined hourly rate. In practice, this means the service provider tracks the hours worked and invoices the client accordingly, often providing itemized statements showing the time spent on various tasks. This clause ensures transparent and flexible compensation for work performed, accommodating projects where the scope or duration may be uncertain.
