Overnight Stays. Current practices regarding authorization for overnight stays shall continue. Overnight stay shall not be considered as travel time or hours worked. However, an employee required to spend two (2) or more consecutive days at a place other than his/her normal report-in location shall be granted travel time for one round trip.
Overnight Stays. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if a trip requires an overnight stay, the District shall be relieved of the obligation of payment for any hours between the time a bus driver is relieved of duties for the evening and the time duties resume the following morning.
Overnight Stays. Any bargaining unit member required to a work assignment that necessitates an overnight stay during the normal work week will be paid their regular wages and will be reimbursed any pre-approved required expenses.
Overnight Stays. The Company will provide reasonable accommodation in accordance with Origin Energy policies for employees who are required by the Company to travel in connection with work which necessitates their absence from home overnight. Where a suitable meal is not provided to the employee for dinner, breakfast or lunch (if applicable), the employee shall be paid a meal allowance in accordance with Table 2 of Appendix B of this Agreement in respect of each occasion on which the suitable meal is not provided.
Overnight Stays. If you are required by the Company to stay at a location overnight you will be entitled to an Overnight Allowance in such amount as the Company shall communicate to you from time to time, subject to receipt by the Company of valid receipts for your expenditure together with a breakdown of how the costs have been incurred. Overnight Stays. When an assigned trip requires an overnight stay, the assigned driver shall be reimbursed for the approved motel/hotel costs and shall receive a stipend of $50. The driver who takes such an overnight trip shall be in pay status until released from duty by the group advisor and they shall return to pay status when requested to perform duties by the group advisor. If an overnight trip interferes with a regular driver’s regular driving responsibilities, the driver shall be compensated as if they had driven their regular driving responsibilities in addition to any compensation received while on duty.

Overnight Stays. When overnight stays are required to complete an Indivisible work assignment or attend/staff a required function, an employee will not be required to travel between the hours of 9 pm and 6 am within the departing time zone, except for unforeseen circumstances such as weather or mechanical delays. An employee shall have discretion to schedule overnight stays. Indivisible will pay all lodging costs for overnight stays covered under this provision. In recognition of work travel that requires transiting across time zones, no employee will be required to work upon arrival at their destination if their travel time surpasses six hours.
Overnight Stays. All students will be held to the same code of conduct as explained in this document and Wood River High School student manual while attending extracurricular functions that require overnight stays. Violations of any of these rules may result in a student’s immediate suspension. Parents or legal guardians may be asked to travel to the event at their own expense to assume responsibility of the student. Students have the right to ask for increased privacy when they fill out the Overnight Field Trip Permission Form. A student cancelling a hotel/overnight stay may be required to pay for their stay if the window for cancellation has passed.
Overnight Stays. Where an employee is required to travel intrastate or interstate and, as a result, is away overnight, time off to a maximum of 3 hours of travel time may be negotiated on an hour for hour basis. This agreed time should be taken within 14 calendar days either side of its accrual unless the TAC’s business needs require otherwise.
