Holiday Season. These scheduling regulations may be waived between December 15th and January 10th. All Holiday Schedules will be brought to an ad-hoc scheduling committee meeting for review. All nurses will receive no less than four (4) days off and the Employer will endeavour to provide five (5) or more consecutive days off at either Christmas or New Year's except for the following:
