Hiring Plan. With respect to each applicable Service, each of Service Provider and L Brands (or their applicable Service Managers) shall mutually cooperate to establish a hiring plan setting forth the additional number of new employees to be hired by Service Provider and its Affiliates following the Distribution Date for purposes of providing the applicable Services (the “Hiring Plan”).

Hiring Plan. The term "Hiring Plan" means the plan, set forth in Exhibit 6, containing the terms and conditions by which PwCES will (i) offer employment to and hire Equifax Selected Employees and (ii) employ and compensate Transitioned Employees.
Hiring Plan. IGS. has been in the transportation business for seventeen years and fully realizes the fact that the employees are the faces of a service-oriented business. In this case the employees that IGS hires represent the City of Calabasas hence IGS will go through an extensive hiring plan to hire the most professional, courteous, and qualified employees. After reviewing an applicant’s resume, three members of management will interview the applicant. Management will determine if the applicant’s previous experience in the industry combined with the customer service ability is a fit for IGS and the City of Calabasas. Once the applicant is determined to be the right fit IGS will run a background check. Below is the list of the background checks completed:  DMV Record ReviewDrug and Alcohol Testing  Pre-Employment Physical Examination  Contacting Prior Employment References  Police Criminal Background Check Once drivers are selected, they will attend our special training program focused on professionalism, appearance and customer service. IGS will make reasonable efforts to remove any employee who is convicted of a felony or of a crime involving moral turpitude during his/her employment. All drivers will be Class B passenger certified driver and will be able to operate the wheelchair lift in all vehicles. IGS has veteran experienced drivers that have been with the firm for over 10 years. The personnel are highly motivated and experienced in the transportation business. IGS will select the best-qualified drivers to handle the delicate DAR program. IGS is aware that the DAR program may involve senior citizens and disabled riders. Hence, the most experienced drivers from the database will be selected. The employees will be subject to further DMV record

  • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • First Source Hiring Program Contractor must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.

  • Annual Plan On or before November 1 of each calendar year during the Term, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner for its approval a proposed annual plan for the promotion, operation, leasing, repair and maintenance of the Project for each calendar year (the "Proposed Annual Plan").   • Meal Plan The Student who resides in a university residence hall is required to purchase a full residential dining plan (commuter plans are not acceptable). The Student who resides in Bobcat Village may choose either a residential or a commuter plan, but is not obligated to make a dining plan purchase due to availability of kitchen in each apartment unit.

  • Approved Plan The Subrecipient agrees that it shall be committed to carry out pursuant to the Grantee’s specifications an Affirmative Action Program in keeping with the principles as provided in President’s Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1966. The Grantee shall provide Affirmative Action guidelines to the Subrecipient to assist in the formulation of such program. The Subrecipient shall submit a plan for an Affirmative Action Program for approval prior to the award of funds.
