For the avoidance of doubt, subject to the first sentence of this Section 7.01(a), if L Brands elects to terminate the provision of less than all Services, Service Provider shall continue to be obligated to cause to be provided any and all remaining Services.

Service Provider has agreed to cause the Services to be provided in accordance with the terms hereof in order to facilitate the orderly transition of the VS Business from L Brands and the members of the L Brands Group to VS and the members of the VS Group.
