Health Insurance Fees. If the spouse, domestic partner or dependent is enrolled in six (6) or more credit hours per semester, it is his/her responsibility to complete the university’s waiver document annually by the due date as per university policy. If the spouse, domestic partner or dependent does not complete the waiver, he/she will be charged for student health insurance, as per university policy.

Such payment will be made by payroll deduction from pension checks, or by direct payment in the case of an early retiree.
