All references in this Agreement to "Section" or "Sections" without additional identification refer to the Section or Sections of this Agreement. The words "will" and "shall" have the same meaning. The words "include," "includes" and "including" shall not be deemed to be terms of limitation, but rather shall be deemed to be followed by the words "without limitation."

  • Interpretation; Titles and Subtitles This Agreement shall be construed according to its fair language. The rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in interpreting this Agreement. The titles of the sections and subsections of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and are not to be considered in construing this Agreement.

  • Headings; References; Interpretation All Article and Section headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to control or affect the meaning or construction of any of the provisions hereof. The words “hereof,” “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import, when used in this Agreement, shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. All references herein to Articles and Sections shall, unless the context requires a different construction, be deemed to be references to the Articles and Sections of this Agreement, respectively.
