Head Operator. Coordinates and monitors the receiving, storing, transferring and dispensing of petroleum products at all storage facilities in accordance withestablished procedures and quality controls. Responsible for the compliance of all quality assurance procedures at primary storage. Inventory daily, weekly and monthly petroleum products as required. Prepare and process required documentation relate to the work performed. Responsible for dispatching work assignments to a group engaged in fuel system maintenance, aircraft servicing and related function. Ensures proper utilization of personnel and equipment and imparts current or new occupational knowledge to workers within the classification of Xxxxxx and Pipeline Technician. Responsible for the operation of fire/safety control systems associated with all storage facilities. Performs the necessary duties required in accordance with good housekeeping and safety practices. Must have a valid driver's license and as required, airport facility driver's license and/or permit required as a condition of employment. Where lifting is required, the employee must be able to do the essential functions of the job.
