  • Group RRSP 24:01 The University agrees to provide a Group RRSP (GRRSP) with the following features:

  • Group A series of commodities with applicable commodity codes which are described in Attachment A under Price Sheet.

  • State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) During the life of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to offer a Group Insurance Program that includes health, dental, life, and disability coverages equivalent to existing coverages, subject to the provisions of this Article. All insurance eligible employees will be provided with a Summary Plan Description (SPD) called “Your Employee Benefits”. Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year. New insurance eligible employees shall receive a SPD within thirty (30) days of their date of eligibility.

  • Other Group Benefits 7.4.1 Payments towards benefit plans by the Employer shall permit it to retain and not pass on to teachers, any rebates of premiums otherwise required under Canada Employment and Immigration Commission (previously Unemployment Insurance Commission) regulations.

  • Group Dental Plan Upon proper application, Benefit Eligible Employees will be enrolled, along with their eligible dependents, in the Employer's group dental plan and will be provided with the coverages specified therein. The Employer will pay the required premiums for the plan on a single/family composite basis.

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation Pursuant to Education Code section 71028 and Public Contract Code section 10115, the District may have a participation goal for disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBEs) of at least three (3) percent per year of funds expended each year by the District on projects that use funds from the California Community College Chancellor’s Office. This Project may use funds allocated under the Act. Therefore, to the extent feasible and pertaining to future hirings, the Consultant, before it executes the Agreement, shall provide to the District certification of compliance with the procedures for implementation of DVBE contracting goals, appropriate documentation identifying the amount(s) intended to be paid to DVBEs in conjunction with the contract, and documentation demonstrating the Consultant’s good faith efforts to meet these goals.

  • Defined Contribution Plan The Employer will establish the following Employer contribution programs in the existing salary deferral plans: » Beginning in 2006 and continuing throughout the term of the Agreement, a performance-based contribution

  • Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan 9.9.1 The College agrees to implement a group Registered Retirement Savings Plan for participation by employees. For regular employees who wish to participate in the Plan, the College agrees to contribute the total amount of the annual contribution by the fifteenth of the first month of the Benefit Year. The employee shall repay that contribution through payroll deduction in equal instalments throughout the Benefit Year.

  • Group Life (a) The Employer shall provide a mutually acceptable Group Life Plan with benefits equivalent to twice an Employee's annual salary, (for Employees aged under 45, three (3) times the Employee's annual salary) with a sixty thousand ($60,000) dollar minimum. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium on the sixty thousand dollar ($60,000) base and the Employee shall pay the premium for any insurance over sixty thousand dollars ($60,000).

  • Group Benefits To determine if a leave under the provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act will be a paid or unpaid leave, contact the District’s Human Resources Department.
