GRANTEE COST SHARE. The Grantee is required to provide a Local Cost Share (non-State funds) of not less than 50 percent of the Total Project Cost. The cost share requirement for projects benefiting a Severely Disadvantaged Community (SDAC), Disadvantaged Community (DAC), or an Economically Distressed Areas (EDA) may be waived or reduced. The Grantee agrees to provide a Local Cost Share (non-State funds) for the amount as documented in Exhibit B (Budget). GRANTEE COST SHARE. Grantee agrees to fund the difference between the Total Project Cost, and the Grant Amount (amount specified in Paragraph 4). Cost Share consists of Funding Match and Additional Cost Share, as documented in Exhibit B (Budget). Additional Cost Share is the amount necessary to fund the project above the Grant Amount and the Funding Match. Additional Cost Share will not be reviewed by the State for invoicing purposes; however, the Grantee is required to maintain all financial records associated with the project in accordance with Exhibit I (State Audit Document Requirements).

GRANTEE COST SHARE. No cost share is required for USRP grants. If Project costs exceed grant amount, the Grantee agrees to fund the difference between the estimated Total Project Cost in its grant application and the Grant Amount specified in Paragraph 4.

GRANTEE COST SHARE. Grantee agrees to fund the difference between the actual Total Project Cost, as estimated Exhibit B, and the amount specified in Paragraph 4, if any. Cost Share consists of Funding Match and Other State Funds, as documented in Exhibit B; see Exhibit H for guidance. Funding Match is equivalent to Cost Share, when Other State Funds are not present. Grantee is required to provide a Funding Match of 50% of the Total Project Cost. Grantee’s required funding match is estimated to be $8,720,500. Costs incurred or in-kind services performed after September 30, 2008, may be counted as Funding Match.
GRANTEE COST SHARE. Estimated total project costs for this Agreement are $18,020,149. Grantee shall provide a Grantee’s non-State Cost Share (Funding Match) in the amount of at least 25% (unless a Disadvantaged Community project waiver is granted) of the total project cost. Grantee’s Funding Match is estimated to be $3,380,037. Grantee’s Funding Match may include cost share performed after September 30, 2008.
