Authorized Signature. Your signature on the Account Card authorizes your account access. We will not be liable for refusing to honor any item or instruction if we believe the signature is not genuine. If you have authorized the use of a facsimile signature, we may honor any check or draft that appears to bear your facsimile signature even if it was made by an unauthorized person. You authorize us to honor transactions initiated by a third person to whom you have given your account number even if you do not authorize a particular transaction.
Authorized Signature. In order to access any account, the Credit Union must have an authorized signature of yours on an Account Card. The Credit Union is authorized to recognize your signature, but will not be liable for refusing to honor any item or instruction of yours if it believes in good faith that the signature on such item or instruction is not genuine. If you have authorized the use of a facsimile signature, the Credit Union may honor any draft that appears to bear your facsimile signature even if it was made by an unauthorized person. If you give your account number to a third person, you authorize us to honor transactions initiated by the third person even if you did not specifically authorize a particular transaction.
Authorized Signature. In the event this Agreement has been executed by an individual on behalf of a corporation or other business entity, the person whose signature is affixed hereto and the entity for which the individual has signed this Agreement, represent to Company that the individual signing has full authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of said corporation or other business entity.
Authorized Signature. We will not be liable for refusing any order or item if we believe in good faith that the signature on any order or item is not genuine. We are authorized to honor any transactions initiated by a third person if you provide your access device or other information to a third person. Also, you agree that if you authorize the use of stamp/facsimile signature, electronic signature, access device or biometric; we shall not be liable for honoring any transaction or instrument that appears to bear your stamp/facsimile or electronic signature, even if made by an unauthorized person. You are solely responsible to ensure that you maintain the security and possession of any stamp or other facsimile signature.
Authorized Signature. Until Lender shall be notified in writing by any Borrower or any other Credit Party to the contrary, the signature upon any document or instrument delivered pursuant hereto and believed by Lender or any of Lender's officers, agents, or employees to be that of an officer of such Borrower or such other Credit Party shall bind such Borrower and such other Credit Party and be deemed to be the act of such Borrower or such other Credit Party affixed pursuant to and in accordance with resolutions duly adopted by such Borrower's or such other Credit Party's Board of Directors, and Lender shall be entitled to assume the authority of each signature and authority of the person whose signature it is or appears to be unless the person acting in reliance thereon shall have actual knowledge to the contrary.
Authorized Signature. Each party to this Agreement represents that the person signing this Agreement on its behalf is authorized by each respective party to do so.
Authorized Signature. Your signature on the Membership Agreement permits you to access your account. We will not be responsible for refusing to accept any item or direction if we think it does not contain an authentic signature. You agree to the use of a facsimile of your signature, and that we may accept any draft with a facsimile signature that appears to match your signature on the Membership and Account Application, even if an unauthorized person made it. If you give your account information to a third party, you allow us to perform transactions originated by that person, even if you do not authorize a specific transaction.
Authorized Signature. Using the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx voice response system or other available means, the Recipient must accept the above Award in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan, acknowledge that he or she has read this Agreement and the Plan, and agrees to be bound by this Agreement, the Plan and the actions of the Committee. If he or she does not do so prior to [Date], then the Company may declare the Award null and void at any time. Also, in the unfortunate event that death occurs before this Agreement has been accepted, this Award will be voided, which means the Award will terminate automatically and cannot be transferred to the Recipient’s heirs pursuant to the Recipient’s will or the laws of descent and distribution.
Authorized Signature. I assume responsibility for proving such representations and agree to maintain and present upon request or to make available during a verification visit, documentation necessary to support this certification.
