Government Funding No government funding, facilities or resources of any government, international organization, university, college, other educational institution or research center was used in the development of the Company Products or Company Intellectual Property.
Government Grants The Company is not subject to any arrangement for receipt or repayment of any grant, subsidy or financial assistance from any government department or other body.
Government All of LESSEE's obligations under this Lease will continue to the same extent as if such requisition had not occurred.
Government Rights This Agreement is subject to Title 35 Sections 200-204 of the United States Code. Government Regulations Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Company’s obligation hereunder to issue or deliver certificates evidencing shares of Common Stock shall be subject to the terms of all applicable laws, rules and regulations and to such approvals by any governmental agencies or national securities exchanges as may be required.
