Geotechnical Engineering, Laboratory Analysis, and Field Testing. As provided and described in Article 2, Paragraph B, Subparagraph 8, the TRUST will pay for the work of all testing bureaus and laboratories, for all soil and pavement sampling and analysis, test borings, subsurface explorations compaction tests and materials testing during construction and for other investigations required that are performed by parties other than the CONSULTANT at a cost not to exceed $15,000.00. The cost for this work will be based on the rates and charges included in existing CITY contracts for geotechnical services, where applicable.

  • Laboratory a. Drug tests shall be conducted by laboratories licensed and approved by SAMSHA which comply with the American Occupational Medical Association (AOMA) ethical standards. Upon advance notice, the parties retain the right to inspect the laboratory to determine conformity with the standards described in this policy. The laboratory will only test for drugs identified in this policy. The City shall bear the cost of all required testing unless otherwise specified herein.
