Random Drug Testing means drug testing where employees or students of affiliated agencies are tested randomly at the discretion of the agency without reasonable suspicion.

Random Drug Testing means a drug test chosen to be conducted based on a computer-generated random sampling of drivers within each group subject to random drug testing.
