General Procurement. This is a general procurement agreement that contemplates that Service Provider and Client may enter into one or more “Service Agreements,” each of which will be signed by the Service Provider and Client and will include, at least, a description of the Services, Service Levels and Charges for those Services. Each executed Service Agreement incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in that Service Agreement.

General Procurement relating to the Financing will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Guidelines and the Consultants Guidelines as well as in line with the provisions of this Agreement.
General Procurement. The Department represents that it has complied with all state and federal requirements in identifying expectations of the plan, in issuing the RFP dated December 4, 1998, and in procuring this contract.
