Set Up Charges definition

Set Up Charges means the set-up charge as detailed on the Order Form. “software” means software supplied by Company for use with the services. “Equipment” means Company supplied computer hardware and/or card processing terminal(s), power supply and cables supplied to the Hirer by Company, together with any replacement parts, additions, repairs or accessories now or hereafter incorporated or affiliated to it, the details of which are detailed on the Order Form.

Set Up Charges. Upon receipt and review of Group’s Event requirements, should Hotel reasonably determine that extensive meeting room set-ups or elaborate staging will be required, Hotel will advise Group of the potential set-up charges to cover Hotel costs and additional labor.
