Freight and Insurance. In addition to the Purchase Price, for the purposes of clarity, Alliqua shall pay all actual freight and insurance expenses incurred by Alliqua in connection with the sale and shipment of the Manufactured Products.

Freight and Insurance. In the event SELLER is to pay freight it shall have the right initially to designate the means of transportation and routing, but in the event CUSTOMER desires to a more expensive means of transportation or routing. CUSTOMER shall pay any extra cost involved. CUSTOMER shall pay to SELLER any increase in freight subsequent to the date hereof. CUSTOMER or CUSTOMER’s customer shall insure the goods described herein (if sold for shipment outside the United States) on behalf of SELLER until arrival of such goods at the port-of-destination, and SELLER shall be named as a loss payee or the proceeds of such insurance shall be assigned to SELLER.
Freight and Insurance. All Goods are on an ex-works basis. Delivery of the Goods will occur when the Goods are placed at the disposal of the Buyer (including its nominee or agent) at Pristine Pools and Spars Pty Ltd premises or in the case of Services, are supplied to the Buyer. Where Pristine Pools and Spas Pty Ltd agrees in writing to deliver the Goods to the site nominated by the Buyer, the Buyer agrees that all charges for freight and insurance arranged by Pristine Pools and Spas Pty Ltd on behalf of the Buyer will be at Pristine Pools and Spars Pty Ltd’s election, payable directly by the Buyer to the carrier and/or insurer or added to prices payable by the Buyer to Pristine Pools and Spars Pty Ltd.
