Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 2.02, 2.04, 3.02, 6, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 5.1(b), 5.1(e)- ------------------------- (h), 5.2(a), 5.3(a)(i), 5.3(b)(i), 5.4, 6.3, 6.4, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties will cease upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 1, 3.9, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of this Agreement, and all payment obligations incurred during the term of this Agreement, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. The provisions of Section 9 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for five (5) years. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 9, 10, 11, 14 and 22 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that the survival of such provisions after the termination of this Agreement shall in no way constitute an extension of the Term. Except as set forth in the prior sentence, all other rights and obligations of the Parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. The terms, conditions and covenants set forth in this Agreement which specifically relate to periods, activities or obligations upon or subsequent to the termination of Executive’s employment, including, without limitation, the restrictive covenants contained in Sections 7 – 9, shall survive the termination of this Agreement and Company’s employment of Executive hereunder, and the Parties shall remain bound by such terms, conditions and covenants.
Survival of Certain Terms. The following provisions shall survive any expiration or termination: 2.2, 2.3, 3.8, 4.3, 6, 7, 9 and 10.
Survival of Certain Terms. The terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 15 through 19 of this Agreement shall survive termination of the remainder of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 2(c), 2(d), 2(f), 3(c), 3(d), 3(e), 3(f), 5, 6(e), 7(b), 7(c), 7(d), 8 and 9 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the Parties, except for those rights and obligations that accrued prior to termination, shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Terms. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the parties understand and agree that all terms and conditions of this Agreement and any appendixes or attachments hereto which may require continued performance or compliance beyond the termination date of the Agreement shall survive such termination date and shall be enforceable by the CDCR as provided herein in the event of such failure to perform or comply by CONTRACTOR.
Survival of Certain Terms. Any provisions contained herein which by their nature would continue beyond the expiration, cancellation or termination of this contract will survive such expiration, cancellation or termination.
