Time off in lieu of overtime pay shall be at the straight time rate if taken within the workweek (i.e., “flextime”) regardless of the designated schedule. All time off in lieu of overtime pay, i.e. compensatory time and flextime, must be approved in advance by the employee’s supervisor.
