Building Hours definition

Building Hours means Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., excluding federal and state legal holidays.
Building Hours mean 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding the day of observation of New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and, at Landlord’s discretion, any other locally or nationally recognized holiday that is observed by other buildings comparable to and in the vicinity of the Building (collectively, “Holidays”).

  • Use of freight elevators after normal Building Hours shall be at Tenant’s and Vendor’s joint and several cost.

  • Landlord shall provide HVAC service outside Building Hours if Tenant gives Landlord such prior notice and pays Landlord such hourly cost per zone as Landlord may require.

  • Lessor may show the Premises to prospective purchasers and mortgagees; and during the twelve (12) months prior to termination of this Lease, to prospective tenants, during Building Hours on reasonable notice to Lessee.
