Provided that a Supplier has completed a Designated Schedule B Milestone, the Director may, in his sole discretion, acting reasonably, waive non-compliance with any of the matters specified in subparagraphs (e)(ii) and (e)(iii), of the definition of “Completed as Required” in section 1.1, if the Director is satisfied the Supplier has made reasonable efforts to ensure compliance and non-compliance will not have a substantial impact on the greenhouse gas emissions that may be achieved by the Project.
