Final Technical. Activity Report (applicable for one-year projects/activities and multi-year projects/activities in their final year) is due for submission one month after the end of the official term of the present Contract. The Final Activity Reports must be submitted as both printed and electronic copies to the APN Secretariat.

Final Technical. IMPLEMENTATION REPORT The final technical implementation report shall consist of three parts. ❖ PART ONE ▪ a summary in English, French or German of the main results achieved (no more than 2 pages); ▪ an overall assessment of the results of the project as compared with the initial objectives; ▪ a table called "Comprehensive Presentation of Cooperation", in accordance to the model attached herewith. This table provides an overview of the cooperation among the coordinator and the co beneficiaries from a financial point of view. ❖ PART TWO ▪ detailed description of the implemented activities providing complete information on the development, progress and achievements of the project; where appropriate, information on interaction with other projects should be included; ▪ qualitative evaluation of the overall cooperation and the execution of all tasks performed by the coordinator and co-beneficiaries, as mentioned in Xxxxx X; ▪ list of main project activities carried out; ▪ number of participants/visitors/audience of project activities (i.e. exhibition, performance, conference, seminar, etc.); ▪ account of trips, visits etc. made by the coordinator and co-beneficiaries and their objectives; ▪ copies of all published material; The detailed description of the implemented activities should be presented as follows:

The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Technical Information The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • Research, Science and Technology Cooperation 1. The aims of cooperation in research, science and technology, carried out in the mutual interest of the Parties and in compliance with their policies, will be: (a) to build on existing agreements already in place for cooperation on research, science and technology; (b) to encourage, where appropriate, government agencies, research institutions, universities, private companies and other research organizations in the Parties to conclude direct arrangements in support of cooperative activities, programs or projects within the framework of this Agreement, specially related to trade and commerce; and (c) to focus cooperative activities towards sectors where mutual and complementary interests exist, with special emphasis on information and communication technologies and software development to facilitate trade between the Parties. 2.   • USE OF WORK PRODUCTS 2.13.1 The City may use all Documents that Contractor prepares or obtains under this Agreement. In addition, Contractor shall provide the Director with supporting schedules, flow charts or other analysis necessary to understand the reported findings and recommendations. Generally, this information is attached as exhibits to the final report; however, if requested by the Director, Contractor shall provide this information from its work paper files.
