Final Payment Documentation. The Contractor shall submit, prior to or with the Application for Final Payment, final copies of all Close- Out Documents, maintenance and operating instructions, guarantees and warranties, certificates, record documents and all other items required by the Contract. The Contractor shall submit Consent of Surety to Final Payment and an affidavit that all payrolls, bills for materials and equipment, subcontracted work and other indebtedness connected with the Work, except as specifically noted, are paid, will be paid, or otherwise satisfied within the period of time required by Tex.
