Tender Documentation definition

Tender Documentation means any documents forming part of this Tender and the supplementary documentation (if any) supplied as part of such documentation
Tender Documentation means a set of documents, information and conditions that serve as basis for elaborating, submitting and evaluating the requests to participate or the tenders;
Tender Documentation means the documentation submitted by the Service Provider in response to a request for tender or request for proposal, in the form finally accepted by the Purchaser’s Representative, as set out in Annexure B.

More Definitions of Tender Documentation

Tender Documentation means the Invitation to Tender and the Supplier’s Proposal.
