Fees Development and Approval. For the following academic year (i.e., September through August) for all Child Care Programs, ARC shall propose all-inclusive fees to DPR no later than November 1. Such fee proposals shall comply with the standards for fees provided in the Master Services Agreement unless the parties agree otherwise.
