The following staff is specifically excluded from the bargaining unit: substitutes, aides, head teachers, non-regular teachers, non-certified employees, school psychologists, behavior therapists, social workers, principals, assistant principals, administrative assistants, assistant superintendents, superintendents, and supervisory staff. Supervisory staff is defined as those employees who have the right to hire, fire, discipline, evaluate, discharge, or recommend and/or participate in such actions.
