Family Leave - Pursuant to FMLA. c. A leave of absence for a period not to exceed one year shall be granted to employees with at least one year of seniority in order to accept a full-time position with the Union, provided such leaves will not interfere with the operation of the Hospital. Upon return to work, an employee shall be entitled to return to his/her former position if it is vacant or filled by a temporary employee. Otherwise, an employee shall be able to exercise the recall rights specified in this Agreement. At no time shall more than one employee be on leave of absence hereunder at the same time.
