Charge Nurse Differential. When assigned by nursing management to work as the Charge Nurse on a shift where more than one (1) registered nurse is scheduled and when nursing management is unavailable, the assigned registered nurse shall be compensated five percent (5%) above his/her current base rate. Such compensation shall be for actual hours worked as the Charge Nurse. The Charge Nurse may request an adjustment to his/her patient care assignment if necessary to accomplish charge duties, emergent, or emergency situations.
Charge Nurse Differential. When a nurse is assigned to perform the duties of Charge Nurse for the day, that nurse shall receive a charge nurse differential in the amount of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for all hours worked. In addition, nurses shall receive shift differential as provided in Section 12.
Charge Nurse Differential. Effective January 1, 2010 the charge nurse differential will be one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) per hour. A Staff Nurse who is assigned by management, or his/her designee, to perform the function of a charge nurse assumes responsibility for the operation of the floor or unit. A staff nurse who is designated to perform the functions of a Charge Nurse shall receive the Charge Nurse differential for the time so designated by management. When assigning charge duties, the Hospital will first seek volunteers. If there are no volunteers deemed qualified by management, charge duties will be assigned. If there is a need to assign a staff nurse to be a Charge Nurse for an extended period of time, volunteers will be sought first, but the final decision regarding the assignment rests with management.
Charge Nurse Differential. Charge Nurses shall be paid $2.25 per hour above the Staff Nurse hourly rates of pay while performing the duties of a Charge Nurse as authorized by the manager.
Charge Nurse Differential. Charge Nurses shall be paid a differential of 11 three dollars and twenty-five cents ($3.25) per hour in addition to their 12 applicable hourly rate of pay for all compensated hours.
Charge Nurse Differential. A nurse assigned to Charge nurse 26 responsibilities shall be paid a differential of either (a) $3.20 $2.85 per hour for the 27 duration of the assignment to a Charge nurse vacancy in accordance with Article 12.2.2 Page 42 of 132 Date Accepted / / Accepted by ONA Accepted by Employer 1 or (b) $2.75 $2.35 per hour worked when working as a relief charge nurse.
Charge Nurse Differential. 16 Charge nurses will be paid a differential of $2.75 per hour for hours spent working in a 17 charge nurse capacity. 18
Charge Nurse Differential. A nurse in the classification of charge nurse shall receive a differential of $3.60.20 for all compensated hours. A relief charge nurse shall receive a differential of $2.625 25 for all hours worked in that capacity. . Effective the first full pay period following July 1, 2023, the charge nurse differential shall increase to $3.75 per hour and relief charge nurse to $2.80 per hour.
Charge Nurse Differential. Charge nurses shall receive three dollars sixty 18 cents ($3.60) per hour premium. Such premium will be paid for all hours 19 compensated to a core Charge Nurse, as designated by the Medical Center. Nurses 20 who are assigned by the Medical Center the Charge Nurse duties for a shift will be 21 paid a differential of three dollars ($3.00) only for the hours the Nurse is specifically 22 assigned to be Charge Nurse.
