Fair wear and Tear means deterioration in the working order, repair, condition and appearance of the Vehicle as is reasonably consistent with careful maintenance and use. For example, the following are not considered fair wear and tear:
Fair wear and tear includes exchange of old issue for the replacement for genuine loss or damage.

Fair wear. Tear Where the above apparel is damaged or deteriorates through fair ware and tear, the employer will replace the article at no cost to the employee, provided that the damaged piece of apparel is returned to the employer.
