Common use of FACULTY ADVISORY COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

FACULTY ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Each school, if a majority of the instructional staff so desires, shall have a Faculty Advisory Committee (FAC) elected by members of the instructional staff. Where applicable, this committee shall include a representative from the classified employees. The elections for the FAC members shall be no later than September 15. The term of office for these members shall be one (1) year. The size of the FAC shall be no less than five (5), but no more than seven (7) members.
